Meet the EcoChemPro Executive Team

Todd Murphy – CEO/President


Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in General Studies and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Louisiana Tech University. After working for a large advertising company, he started his entrepreneurial journey as an investment advisor and founded a mortgage company he owned for eight years before divesting that business and starting other ventures. He founded EcoChemPro in the summer of 2015 and has positioned himself and the company to bring on experienced people to help grow the company’s products and company. Todd is married and has five children and four grandchildren. He currently resides in Tuscaloosa, AL, where the business is located.

Billy Taylor – Chairman of the Board & Chief Advisory Officer

Billy Taylor is an American business executive, keynote speaker, and leadership guru. He is the Founder and CEO of LinkedXL, a business operating systems architecture firm. Taylor spent 30 years with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, serving as Director of North America Manufacturing and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Taylor is a member of the executive advisory board for the Shingo Institute, Utah State University Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. He is also the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion for the Association of Manufacturing Excellence. Currently, Taylor is working with EcoChemPro, bringing his manufacturing and business operations expertise to the team. He is also the author of “The Winning Link,” published by McGraw Hill.

Alan McMillan, Chief Product Safety Advisor

 

Alan McMillan served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Safety Council from 2001 until his retirement in 2008. The National Safety Council is the nation’s largest not-for-profit safety and health advocacy organization. Prior to becoming President, he served for six years as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 45 years of government and private sector safety, health and environmental experience, including service with the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and the Employment Standards Administration (ESA).

Ian McKinnon, Chief Reliability Advisor

 

Ian McKinnon is a pioneer in the “Precision Maintenance®” field. In 2003, Ian cofounded Reliability Solutions and expanded “Precision Maintenance®” into a more complete approach, Reliable Manufacturing®, where design, engineering, purchasing, production, and maintenance all work in concert to optimize the manufacturing process.

Ian’s experience is wide ranging having worked across North America in numerous industries including Paper, Oil, Food, Warehousing & Distribution. Ian, more than anyone understands the link between good hygiene and machine reliability. He joins our Advisory board to support our growth in various industry sectors offering expert advice internally and to our clients.

Kelly Biers – Vice-President, Administration

 

Kelly is a native of California and moved to the south several years ago. She has a background in marketing and sales, and before joining EcoChemPro, she held a management position with a Nashville-based title and escrow company. As a result, she brings incredible customer service skills and an innate ability to hear what the customer says. Her role entails many duties, but most of all, making the customers happy through extraordinary customer service and care and being attentive to the consumer’s demands.

JT Johnson – Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer

 

JT comes to EcoChemPro with over 30 years of extensive Accounting and Financial experience. JT holds a Bachelorette Degree in Finance & Accounting and two master’s Degrees, an MBA, and a Master’s in Accountancy (MAcc). In addition, he is pursuing his CPA license, which he will complete in eighteen months. JT worked and retired with 20 years

of service for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company at various factories, with career jobs ranging from accounting to operations/manufacturing. Most notably, JT was a United States Air Force finance officer and a certified NFL Sports Agent. In addition, JT has previously been involved with EcoChemPro as a distributor, so he has a working knowledge and understanding of EcoChemPro products.

Ian Campbell – COO, Sales & Marketing

 

Ian Campbell is a leader with a proven track record in sales and marketing, having worked across the USA, UK and European regions. In addition, he has led teams in the automotive, manufacturing, food, and hygiene industries. Raised and educated in the United Kingdom, Ian leads our sales and marketing strategy. and oversees the business operations. 

Ian has an in-depth understanding of lean manufacturing, 6S methodology, health, and safety management, having founded and run his business in the UK, Brilliant Hygiene Services Ltd. Ian studied Leadership Development at Keele University in the UK in addition to studying Business Management, Finance and Marketing.
